30-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photographs of the item and packaging.

Upon review, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We will work directly with the carrier to investigate the shipment and provide a resolution whenever possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
