PRODUCTION
Each piece is crafted in small batches, from material sourcing to final assembly. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. We work with small suppliers who prioritize quality over speed, and each batch goes through an internal review before it's approved for packaging.
INSPECTION
Before packaging, every piece is individually checked by hand. We verify the finish, the clasp, and every component. If something isn't right, a clasp that's stiff or a bead that's off-center, we set it aside and replace it. We'd rather take an extra day than ship something we're not proud of.
SHIPPING
All orders ship free. No minimum required. Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days from the date your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email within 3 business days of placing your order.
Shipping Protection
For $1.99, CathoGold Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit.
Orders with Shipping Protection that don't arrive as expected are eligible for a free replacement 15 days after the ship date, with no action required on your part.
Shipping Protection is added to your order by default. We highly recommend keeping it on.
To opt out, remove it from your cart before checkout.
Note: If you opt out and your order doesn't arrive, we'll still work to help you. However, the eligibility time frame for unprotected orders is 25 days after the ship date, and the replacement process will require some action on your part.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@cathogold.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. In that case, sending you a replacement of the same piece, or a different piece of your choice as a replacement, is completely free of charge. No return shipment, no fees, nothing to pay.
CHANGED YOUR MIND
Picked the wrong piece, or simply changed your mind? The easiest solution: we can send you a different piece from our catalog as an exchange, completely free of charge. Just email us within 30 days of delivery and tell us which piece you would rather have.
If you prefer a refund instead, you can return any unworn piece in its original condition, gift box included, within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Our pieces are crafted at our workshops in Europe and Asia, and we do not operate a return facility in the United States. Returns are international shipments, and return shipping and any customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Will it turn my skin green?
No. Green skin comes from low-quality plating over copper or brass reacting with sweat. Our chain is 18K gold plated stainless steel, plated in multiple layers over a hypoallergenic base. It doesn't react with skin.
We've worn ours every day for months. No green, no irritation, nothing. If for any reason you experience a reaction, reach out and we'll take care of you.
Can I wear it in water?
Yes, and we encourage it. The 18K gold plated chain and both pendants are waterproof and sweat-proof. Shower in it, sleep in it, work out in it.
Just avoid leaving it in chlorine or saltwater for extended periods, and it'll stay looking exactly the way it arrived.
Will it break if I wear it every day?
We built it for exactly that. The beaded chain, the clasp, and both pendant settings are all made to hold up.
If something goes wrong within 30 days, our CathoGold Warranty covers it. And honestly, even after that, reach out. We'll always do our best to help.
What size is the necklace?
16" with a 2" extension, so it adjusts to 16" or 18". We designed it that way on purpose. We didn't want anyone to worry about sizing.

How long does shipping take?
7 to 15 business days from the day your order ships. We know that's not overnight, and we want to be upfront about it.
Every piece goes through individual inspection before it leaves us. That takes time, but it means we're not sending you something we're not proud of. You'll get a tracking number within 3 business days so you always know where it is.
What is your return policy?
